  John and Diane Bucher make truly delicious wines made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the traditional Burgundy style.
  
  I love this style of winemaking because the resulting wines are elegant and more food friendly when compared to New World style fruit bombs.
  
  Chefs like Thomas Keller (The French Laundry) and Alice Waters (Chez Panisse) prefer to pair their masterful, culinary creations with wines made in this style.
